About PaDC

Built by drivers. Owned by drivers.

PaDC is a Pennsylvania-based driver cooperative being built from the ground up by the drivers who will own it, govern it, and benefit from it.

Why PaDC exists

Corporate rideshare gave drivers flexibility without ownership.

PaDC exists to give Philadelphia drivers a serious alternative: a cooperative transportation platform that creates economic opportunity, democratic voice, and local accountability.

Drivers Own the Platform

Members hold a real ownership stake in the cooperative and help shape the platform they operate.

Democratic Governance

Members vote on major decisions, policies, leadership, and priorities. One member, one vote.

Wealth Stays Local

Surpluses can return to driver-members instead of being extracted to distant shareholders.
